Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of Bongolethu Jayiya on a three-year deal.
Jayiya joins Amakhosi on a free transfer after he was released by Cape Town City at the end of the 2016/17 season.
Chiefs announced Jayiya’s signing on their official Twitter account on Thursday.
“Kaizer Chiefs would like to confirm the signing of Bhongolethu Lonwabo Jayiya on a 3-year deal from Cape Town City FC,” read the club’s tweet.
The 27-year-old winger becomes the third Chiefs signing during the current transfer period after Amakhosi signed Philani Zulu and Teenage Radebe, from Maritzburg United and Chicken Inn FC, respectively.
